The staff went out of their way to make things special, greeting us with complimentary drinks while we waited for our table outside. One evening, we enjoyed a romantic dinner under the stars, with live music creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

It was not inexpensive, but certainly acceptable for the experience we received.

during my previous stay in port de alcudia, i was impressed, but viva really exceeded my expectations. the rooftop suite offered a lovely jacuzzi, and the food was varied and tasty, especially the themed dinners. i also loved having no trouble finding sunbeds by the beautiful clean pool even in peak season.

jacuzzi water temperature was inconsistent.

Charges for safe use are ridiculous!!! Why is the gym so inadequate? It's discouraging to find a lovely hotel having such poor facilities!!! Staff noise in the early morning is really disruptive, ruining the peace I sought!!! No attention to detail in handling room issues, very disappointing!!!
